Australia Student Visa (Subclass 500) – Checklist

STEP 1 : ADMISSION PROCESS
Required Documents:

• ✔ Valid Passport (minimum 6 months validity)
• ✔ Academic Documents (10th, 12th, Degree, Mark Sheets)
• ✔ English Test Score (IELTS / PTE / TOEFL)
• ✔ Statement of Purpose (SOP) / GS Statement
• ✔ Resume (if applicable)

IMPORTANT NOTE (GAP GUIDELINES):

• ✔ After 12th: Up to 2 years gap acceptable (with justification)

STEP 2: Offer Letter & Interview

• ✔ University may conduct interview (Skype / telephonic)
• ✔ After clearing interview → Conditional Offer Letter issued
• ✔ Student must submit financial documents if required

STEP 3: Confirm Enrollment (CoE Process)

To receive CoE (Confirmation of Enrolment), student must:

• ✔ Pay Tuition Fees (partial or full as required)
• ✔ Purchase OSHC (Overseas Student Health Cover)
• ✔ Complete Medical Examination

STEP 4: Apply for Student Visa (Subclass 500)
